The person who gave them to me a number of years ago knew nothing more about them.

Mitchell
On the back of the other two photo’s it says ‘Mitchell at Harlow Wood 14/2/30’
Does anyone know who Mitchell was, and what the occasion was? It obviously warranted the Duke and Duchess of Portland and other dignitaries being there.

I think the photograph at the bottom of the page under the heading of MITCHELL maybe shows my mother, Miss E.M. Moore (later Mrs. Briggs) in the middle. She was a physiotherapist at Harlow Wood from about 1930 to 1934.
