Forest Town Remembers

These pictures do not need captions. They show how the people of Forest Town always turn out on Remembrance Sunday to pay homage to those who have died in military conflicts.

Look at the pictures, hear the music of the band, and the bugles playing the last post. Feel the two minutes silence. See the many people and organisations that lay wreaths and little wooden crosses.

NoteĀ the young peopleĀ of the uniformed groups who participate in the parade round the village and at the cenotaph, then go into church for a service of remembrance.

Forest Town always remembers.
