Photos from the Museums Chad negatives. The visit of Boxer Joe Bugner to the Boys Club at Ladybrook will surely be an event that some of the lads (now grown men) will recall.
I seem to remember Joe Bugner also visited the garage on Southwell Road. It later became a timber merchants.

I’m pictured second right, hidden by the lad in glasses. I should know everyone but can’t recall missing names. I can correct, it’s Martin Warner and John Revill.

Knew most of the lads in the photo as I was there. From left to right, Kev Richardson, Andy Kijan (me), Mark Warner, John Alvey, Chris Warner, Nigel Frost,? Dave Ansil, Pete Revil, Glen Jackson, John Waddingham, ?, Stuart Wigman, and Nick Gilbert at the front with Joe Bugner

Hi the 4th person on the right is Glen Jackson, I know some of the other faces but not sure of their names. I left Cumberlands in 1967 but was from Ladybrook where a lot of these lads knocked about. Loved my time at that School and had the best mates ever, those were the good old days. Chris Clay.
